Can I live in my house during the renovation?
Depending on the level of renovation you are planning, the answer is YES. We have completed many renovations where our clients want to stay living in their home during the renovation process. This is possible and we can discuss options of how this can work. Typically we can block off work areas and build temporary walls to keep you safe, living in part of the house while we renovate other areas. Anything is possible.

OUR PROCESS
The process starts with a call to one of our team about your goals and requirements. We can then prepare a preliminary cost estimate based on our concept plans which we will review with you. Once the preliminary cost estimate is understood and agreed, we then move to a more detailed quote ready for formal approval.
We will assist with obtaining your building permits and project manage the entire job and all trades. You don’t need to lift a finger.
